Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Au court-bouillon : Mettez le poisson dans le court-bouillon. Portez à ébullition. Laissez cuire pendant 6 minutes dans l'eau frémissante. Au four : Faites cuire le produit pendant 25 minutes à 200°C. Vous pouvez décongeler le produit en le laissant une nuit au réfrigérateur. Après décongélation. À la poêle : Faites cuire le produit pendant 4 à 5 minutes dans une poêle beurrée ou huilée. Au four : Faites cuire le produit pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
