Preparation: Faites décongeler pendant 24h au réfrigérateur avant cuisson. - A la poêle : Faites chauffer un peu d'huile dans une poêle. Faites frire les médaillons à feu moyen à fort, pendant 3 minutes de chaque côté. - Au four : Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Placez les médaillons sur une plaque graissée, avec un filet d'huile. Faites cuire environ 10 minutes à mi-hauteur. Vérifiez la cuisson à cœur des médaillons avant de servir. Ne pas réchauffer. - Au four à micro-ondes : Faites chauffer les médaillons décongelés pendant 2 à 3 minutes à une puissance de 800W.
