    Sodium erythorbate: Sodium erythorbate -C6H7NaO6- is a food additive used predominantly in meats, poultry, and soft drinks. Chemically, it is the sodium salt of erythorbic acid. When used in processed meat such as hot dogs and beef sticks, it increases the rate at which nitrite reduces to nitric oxide, thus facilitating a faster cure and retaining the pink coloring. As an antioxidant structurally related to vitamin C, it helps improve flavor stability and prevents the formation of carcinogenic nitrosamines. When used as a food additive, its E number is E316. Prêt en quelques minutes, c'est un vrai plaisir pour toute la famille et vos amis. Riz, omelette, épaule de porc, petits pois et carottes + picto 4 personnes + picto poêle + 8-10min + picto micro ondes + 9-11 min

Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. A la poêle :Versez la quantité de produit désirée dans une poêle anti-adhésive bien chaude sans ajout de matière grasse. Réchauffez à feu moyen pendant 5 minutes environ en remuant régulièrement. Au four à micro-ondes : Versez la totalité du sachet dans un plat adapté au four à micro-ondes. Faites cuire 10 minutes à 900 watts en remuant à mi-cuisson. Laissez reposer 1 à 2 minutes avant de déguster.
